Before founding Structure and Alta Trust, Adam co-founded and successfully exited RIA and TPA firms. Now, he is recognized as a leader in the financial services industry who brings innovative ideas to the investment community.
MARK PONDER
Mark found previous success in starting other companies within the investment industry. He was an early innovator in the retirement business, where he established some of the first 401k plans in the Pacific Northwest in the 1980s.
STEPHEN PONDER
Since 2011, Stephen has been committed to providing streamlined investment solutions to advisors and investors. He provides expertise and insight to advisers with investment fund formation and administration as well as compliance and has a deep knowledge of investment funds.
NATHAN CRISENBERRY
Nathan oversees a staff of fund accounts, programmers, cashiers, and service reps who care for the health and accuracy of each fund at Structure every day. His steady hand and attention to detail are valued by our clients who appreciate his constant advice.
